A3
SSL is a consumer brand company with leading global brands like
Durex and Scholl. Scholl enables people across the globe to
enjoy healthier, more comfortable and better looking feet. Specialist,
scientific and insightful, Scholl footcare products and footwear
ranges recognise that taking care of people’s feet contributes
to improving their overall comfort and wellbeing.
Traditionally
Scholl footwear has been sold mainly in pharmacies across continental
Europe and today this still remains the brand’s most important
retail sector. However, Scholl is expanding into high street
shoe shops and fashion outlets with its own specific footwear
range, led by the premium priced Dolcini range.
Apart from the
A3 demand planning modules for seasonal and never out of stock
collections, SSL will use the modules for nett requirement calculation
and replenishment for both local country warehouses and central
hub.

IBB new user
A3
IBB is an extremely fast growing company supplying trendy watches
and fashionable jewelry. The watch collection consists of the
brands GUESS, Guess Collection, Eterna, Porsche Design, Nautica
and Marc Ecko. Gold and silver jewelry (Guess, Leo Pizzo, Fope,
Tirisi en Chut je t’aime) are imported from all over the
world and exported to many different countries. Next to import
and export, IBB has also two jewelry lines of their own in sterling
silver and 14-carat gold: TI SENTO and BLUSH. For these brands
IBB does the development, production, marketing, branding and
sales.
Among IBB’s customers are the “better” jewelry
stores, department stores and airline companies. IBB has offices
in Amsterdam and Paris.
A3 will support IBB with the pre-season
planning (first plan figure per article/color before forward
order period), the sales forecast of standard articles and the
nett requirement calculation on size level.

Tommy Hilfiger Europe new user A3
Tommy Hilfiger is a premium global lifestyle brand, covering a
range of major product lines and categories organized by various
divisions: Menswear, Womenswear, Childrenswear, Denim, Sport,
Bodywear and other various licensed products such as fragrance,
accessories and home furnishings.
At Tommy Hilfiger Europe the
division Bodywear implemented A3 for the demand planning and nett
requirement planning of the never out of stock collection. Integrated
with the recently upgraded SAP AFS, A3 calculates future customer
demand and the coverage with current stock and pending production
orders. Since Tommy Hilfiger Europe and A3 already know each other
for a few years now, implementation of this division only took
a few weeks. |

Ter Stal and Bentex new users A3
Ter Stal and Bentex have 150 textile shops in total in The Netherlands.
Ter Stal has a strong presence in the east and south of The Netherlands.
Bentex shops are mainly located in the north of The Netherlands.
Ter Stal and Bentex have a position at the top of the lower segment
of the textile retail market. Direct competitors are Hema, Hennes & Mauritz,
Zeeman and Wibra.
Ter Stal and Bentex have a strong focus on expansion.
In the coming years the number of shops will increase to about
300 shops in the Netherlands. Shops will also be openened in Luxemburg
and Belgium.
With A3, Ter Stal and Bentex will improve the purchase
process by an automatic forecast, sizekey and nett requirement
calculations. The improvements will be: -a faster process, so less
time is needed and a faster reaction to market changes is possible
-a better quality of the forecast and thus the purchase quantities,
which results in lower stock levels and higher service levels.

Hedex new user A3
For over 60 years Hedex Fashion Group (HFG) has developed, produced
and sold menswear for European retailers under the brands Oxford,
Traffic, going and many private labels. Hedex distinguishes itself
for an excellent price/quality ratio, looks, fit, make and very
high comfort. Hedex offers season collections and stock programs
(standard stock and limited or season stock).
Hedex will implement
the blind forecast system (first forecast before forward order
period starts), the forecast of season collections and stock programs,
the sizekey and net requirement calculations.
With A3 Hedex will
improve the quality of the forecast and planning process and thus
increase service level and reduce overstock.
At Hedex A3 interfaces
with Improve-Fashion. |

A3 office on the move
A3 has moved to Veenweg 151 in Mijdrecht, The Netherlands. At
the new location more space is available for presentations, training
and further expansion of A3. Phone, faxnumber and postal address
remain the same.
