Key account planning
While forecasting and planning for the smaller customers is done
automatically by A3, the quantities for large accounts can be planned
manually. These large accounts or key accounts are distinguished
as a separate planning level.
For the new season the account manager can maintain planning quantities
per product group and individual style/color together with his accounts.
This makes a collaborative approach possible. The planning totals
per product group and product are automatically integrated in the
central planning.
When a key account delivers the POS data, it is possible to forecast
future check out. If combined with the planned deliveries this will
give you a view of the expected profitability.
